Adult Class: Pizza Pizzazz

What you'll do

We all love pizza! Cheese pizza, pepperoni pizza and margherita pizza, but come on its time to get creative and add some pizzazz to your pizza combinations. Chef/Culinary Instructor John Bela will inspire you to get out of your pizza comfort zone and get stretching and tossing your dough to make new and exciting taste adventures. We will make a French Tart Flambee with Bacon, Caramelized Onion and Soft Cheese, a Caribbean Jerk Chicken Pizza, Greek Moussaka Pizza with Tomato Beef Sauce, Fried Eggplant and Potatoes with Bechamel, Caramelized Pear, Chicken and Brie Cheese Pizza with Arugula and Hot Honey and a Smoked Salmon and Scrambled Egg Brunch Pizza. More pizzazz. More pizza!
